The great meditation traditions declare that most of us do not see life clearly. Instead, we live in confusions, conflicts, anxieties, and frustrations based on incorrect assumptions regarding the nature of existence.

The way out of those mistaken views is to have another look at the happening of our lives. Acknowledging the moment, in its fullness and vibrancy, can reveal a few simple facts that have the power to disperse those false notions, and the miseries they produce.

If you’re interested in this type of exploration, please join Darryl Bailey on the┬álast Sunday of each month, 1 pm to 3pm. (Doors close at 1 pm sharp.)

The Sunday gatherings are open to all; no previous experience is required.
